4.3 Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention team.

4.4 Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it only confirms that we have received it. A contract for sale will only be formed when we send you a confirmation that the products have been dispatched.

6.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address information or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays).

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

7.2 Plant Health Guarantee

We guarantee that plants will arrive in healthy condition. If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging.

7.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

7.4 Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

8. Plant Care

While we provide care instructions for all our plants, the long-term health of your plant depends on proper care. We cannot guarantee plant survival beyond our initial health guarantee, as growing conditions vary widely. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for the ongoing care of your plants.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of InterRiagg Center or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access, view, download, and print content from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
